Snapshots from Victoria.

My goodness, there is a lot to photograph in Victoria. A plethora of goofy statues (bears, meese, and so on), Point Ellice House where we played croquet and drank tea at our own private garden party, flowers and more flowers, the harbor, Chinatown and Fan Tan Alley, the city's eclectic residents...including Darth Vader on violin.

To view the entire album, visit our collection at Shutterfly. There is a mix of photos from three different cameras!

Nice pics H!

meese! Such a funny word. I once convinced a man in his mid 30s that meese was actually the plural form of moose. It happened at a wedding of a close friend and the victim was the (annoying) brother of the groom. The wedding was in Jackson Hole and that's how the topic came up. Anyway, he was actually heard later yelling across the room to me: "Hey Birdwell! Meese isn't right man...it's moose, I asked my Mom!"

True story. Did I mention he was in his mid 30s?

LOL! What are you saying, Birdwell? Meese isn't a word? That story definitely scares me.
